VMware Fusion, Windows 7 and BootCamp

While starting a Windows 7 64bit BootCamp partition with VMware Fusion 3.0.1 and BootCamp Update 3.1 I got two errors. The first one occurred while VMware wants to prepare the BootCamp partition for usage with VMware. The Message is “Unable to use the BootCamp Partition as virtaual machine” . The next Error message occurs while starting the Vm:
Cannot open the disk ‘/Users//Library/Application Support/VMware Fusion/Virtual Machines/Boot Camp//Boot Camp partition.vmwarevm/Boot Camp partition.vmdk’ or one of the snapshot disks it depends on.
Reason: The resource is in use

After trying to delete the virtual machines as described in the VMware Knowledge Base killing and reinstall the BootCamp partition I found the Problem:
There is an incompatibility with NTFS-3g. After disabling the NTFS drivers and reboot my mac, VMware is able to access the Bootcamp partition…
